What's a concept? There is no such thing as a concept except the
individuals concept. There's consensus to concept domains, but no one
can predict what your concept might be, including Google. For all
Google and ignorant people are concerned,  "Reservoir Dogs" is a movie
about the dogs of native Americans, and fully be within the concept of
"dogs" for that person, even if the facts might be something else. Who
are you to tell?
