Hello,
We are an Ex Libris site and implemented Encore this past fall. You can
take a look by going to our website at
http://library.lib.binghamton.edu/ and choosing the Encore option on the
screen.
We have been very happy with our implementation.

According to the Encore's PR website, they so far have made it work
with Aleph, Voyager, and Millennium. They say they will develop Encore
for any platform.
