Re: bib services outdated?

How about just plain "library services"?  Yes, then we get to talk about
what services are or should be library services and what shouldn't be,
but there's no getting around that we have to talk about that, and it's
something we're going to keep talking about for the foreseeable future
as things continue to change.

Our users (including our funders) right now probably know what "library
services" means more than they know what "bibliographic services" means.
