I personally know many catalogers who are technologically savvy and
are proactive, creative & positive about changes that will better
serve the patrons. Although we don't work directly with the pubic,
we understand that the patrons are our ultimate
customers. Catalogers in our institution have always been involved
in the planning, decision-making and implementation stages of
measures that would impact on service to the customers.
