Cutter's Rules in full text

From time to time, people on this list reference the work of Charles
Ammi Cutter (1837-1903), who helped create the next-generation catalog
of the late 19th century.

It turns out that Google Books makes available the full texts of three
separate editions of Cutter's seminal Rules for a Dictionary Catalog:
