In other words, beyond including a relator code to a
personal/corporate name heading (1XX and 7XX), adding the 240/245
title to the 7XX would establish (in non-NACO/-SACO terms) that
relationship in current MARC (not AACR2) practice?

100 0# [Author of work in hand]. $4 aut
245 10 [Title of work in hand].
...
700 1# [Joint author of work in hand]. $4 aut $t [Title of work in hand].
