Hi Ann,
Thank you for sharing this information.  I'm curious, in light of these
discussions, why do you think it might be that series authority
maintenance has remained in a state of limbo for this last year?  Would
you agree that there is a need in series authority establishment and
maintenance that needs to be addressed?  Would you agree that, up to
this point, the NACO capabilities have not done so?

Speaking for myself, I'm thankful for what NACO and SACO offer but don't
see why these cooperative tools and services have to be barriers to
additional resources, especially when there is an expressed need that
might be accomplished through alternate mechanism.
