Easy; stop looking for big-brother efforts. Add roles (such as
'librarian') and the possiblities to work in a slightly more FRBR
fashion (special metadata for the different FRBR levels) in
LibraryThing, and off we go. Software can make it cheap enough and the
internet can make it viable to do so. Why aren't we paying
LibraryThing to just do this?
