Just out of curiosity, what was the one HUGE improvement you mention
below?  We're planning the Endeca-ization of our catalog, and I'd be
interested to know what this feature or functionality was.

In a nutshell : Very very slowly

I was a bit disappointed, no, crushed is a better descriptor, when the
one HUGE improvement I saw over our current catalog was something I was
told COULD have been customized in our current catalog.
