Well, kinda. You don't need to be *that* flexible, nor *that*, er,
nimble. If people think in shorter iterations (don't spend 3 months
making a product; break it up in 6 smaller phases, and adjust as you
go), they've done a lot already. Even being open with what you develop
is half the job done; mock up some screens, and show it to users.
Hell, draw it on napkins with glossy lipstick and show it to people.
Anything goes, but *show* it to *users*.
