I *DO* wish it weren't so often seen as an either/or proposition:
internal users vs. end-users. As someone who is going through the
fine-tuning and adoption process right now, I tell you, if your
end-user-friendly OPAC vitiates the work of the internal users, and
undermines their productivity, you will have civil war in your
library.
