Yup, absolutely. Because this info doesn't exist in MARC (there are
fields who deal with change, but they are a joke more than a serious
mechanism, for example by not being MAchine Readable :) there are at
least two things we cannot do; determine relevance based on source,
and better share our records around, two rather simple and yet
important things to do.
