Yes, they do. And yes, there are many complaints about their poor quality (we'll mostly ignore for now the complaints about their poor usability). Maybe the problems are not so noticeable in an all-English environment, but when you use the parallel 880 fields to contain a different linguistic representation of a data field, almost all of these citation manager export options I have seen have a serious breakdown - including ours. :(
