At the risk of causing offence - this is the nub problem. The internet
community at large, working with REST, SOAP, XML, RDF and so on have no
desire to persuade you, or anyone else, to do anything.
Conversations about how to structure, index, search and retrieve the
world's knowledge are well underway. It's not an invitation only event,
in fact it's not an _invitation_ event at all; it's an open-house kind
of a party. Anyone can join in, but you have to choose to do that.
