First, if there is interest in creating an NGC4LIB Interest Group in
LITA, there will be sign-up forms at the LITA Happy Hour on Friday evening:
Six Arms, 300 E. Pike St.
The requirements for an IG are minimal, but there must be a designated
chair and vice chair, so if you are willing to serve in that capacity
either come to the Happy Hour, or let us all know ahead of time. (No, I
am not volunteering to be either one.)
Next, as for our so-called meeting. Naturally there was no consensus on
date and time so I am calling a gathering for Monday, 10 am, in the
conference center somewhere, and I will scope out a location and post it
here and on the ALA wiki (it's under "unofficial events"). It will have
no agenda, other than getting to see each other f2f for however long we
want to hang out.
