But maybe catalog usability is indeed not too deeply involved with
information seeking behavior in general. So much the better, if
you can figure that out. There may indeed be many practical
insights to be gained that may help us doing better what we
are now doing in presumably suboptimal ways.
OTOH, do expectations not shift towards "easy as pie" and
a reduction of learning efforts to ever lower levels?
Whereas AI has yet to find ways to look into peoples heads.
