Yes, we're interested in a user survey.

Subject: [NGC4LIB] User surveys, usability and testing the user needs

Hiya,

In the spirit of getting things done - and urging people to test their users! - I've made moves to set up a small framework here at the library to host various user surveys, the first being a very, very basic OPAC / NBD user survey, adressing many of the issues lifted in this mailing-list. If anyone is interested in such an effort, let me know ; The idea is to have a usability survey over a period which you can link to from your own OPAC, and we all share the result (which is given away for free, in real-time, to anyone who wants it).

Regards,

Alex
