Re: NGC4LIB topic: limit to available

In the little testing that I have done with "limit to available" on
our Innovative (III) catalog, it seems to really be "limit to
available for checkout." So no reference books, no special collections
items appear in the results. I think no journals, but I could be
mis-remembering that. When it comes to students doing coursework and
research (our primary users), we don't want them to be mislead into
thinking that these items aren't "available."

It is possible that there are ways to mitigate/change that in III, as
I haven't meddled with it recently.
