I was only joking. :) I know what indeces are, hey, I even know the plural
of the word. :)

OTOH, there is, as I said, very little demand for things like these.


I don't nescessarily think that's true, and I even suspect that with the
onslaught of massive amounts of data the very idea of an index has been
thought of as undoable. There is no evidence for either or as far as I'm
aware; it's a matter of implementation and interface design. If they make
sense, we *should* do them, but it's dangerous to conclude that low demand
is justification for them not being usable.
