Could this be a golden opportunity to *not* buy a "real" ILS and
instead implement a "real" free (as in freedom) open source ILS? I am
aware of Koha <http://www.koha.org/> and Evergreen
<http://open-ils.org/>.
Other than just being aware of their existence, I'm no help. But it
sounds like an intriguing position to be in, starting anew.
