Ross, if you're saying "because Mark Twain isn't the authoritative name,"
then what Mary said.
If you're saying "Because it needs to be Twain, Mark"--that's one of those
tweaks, and not a difficult one. If the author index is only personal names,
you just do an autoflip if there's no comma. If the author index includes
corporate names, you suggest the flipped version (or if there's no result,
do it anyway).
