I think it's guaranteed that we do not know, because Amazon themselves
cannot possibly know for sure.

Well, you can buy the book, for starters. :) And for me, that's the
best reason to use Amazon; once I find something, ordering it, paying
for it, and getting it shipped is dead easy. Amazon, I assert, is
successful because it's easy to get the item. Finding the item in
their catalog, on the other hand, is a bit more dodgy, even for
non-classical stuff.
