Part of the FRBR model is an attempt to say what a catalog ought to do,
in more modern and more comprehensive terms. The language of FRBR has,
however, some bias toward the technical.

Sometime in the past I tried to rephrase FRBR in plain language,
and in particular, to say what catalogs are expected to do.
