The successful applicant for this position will be a specialist in at least one of the following primary research areas: information systems; information storage and retrieval systems; information retrieval theory; telecommunications and networks. In addition the successful applicant will teach one or more of the following: database design; electronic archives; electronic publishing and resources; multimedia.
