*Getting involved with the journal
Submissions to our journal are increasing, and we’re now looking to expand our capacity in three areas:
We're looking for:
1. Dialog Box Editor
The Dialog Box Editor supports submissions to the non-peer-reviewed section of the journal. Dialog Box pieces are unique in that they can come in a variety of formats, such as opinion pieces and essays. In this role, you would join our team of editors in shaping the vision of the Dialog Box and working with authors to develop manuscripts. 2. Peer Reviewers
Peer reviewers serve the important role of evaluating the quality of submissions. To get involved as a peer reviewer for Weave, please see our call for peer reviewers: https://journals.publishing.umich.edu/weaveux/news/294/
3. Book Reviewers
We also are looking to build our pool of reviewers for new books about user experience in libraries. Book reviews are a newer element for us—we’re excited to see what ideas you might have for reviews in Weave. The main qualification for any of our roles is an interest in and dedication to improving user experience in libraries.
