This is super cool. Thank you for doing and sharing this!
I have been thrilled to see the tone of posts and exchanges on Code4Lib be
inclusive. That is, despite the high level of expertise, overall, shown in
the topics and language of the list, my subjective experience has been that
people are accepting of all expertise levels and don't exclude others for
being new, not knowing something, or not adhering to a particular library
or systems dogma.
Also, I love the corny bar jokes!
