> Registration is now open for Access 2026, Canada’s premier library technology conference! We hope you’ll be able to join us from October 14–16, 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario. Registration for this year’s conference is done through Fourwaves.

> Note: We encourage presenters to register ASAP if you have not done so already.

> The cost for all registrants will be $50 CAD plus tax. To achieve this cost for registration, the only catering that will be included is coffee and tea for each full day of the conference. We’d encourage those applying for funding from your institution to include a per diem or living out allowance.

> For those looking to book accommodations in Hamilton, we have a small block of rooms at Hilton Hamilton. Once those rooms are booked up, we recommend searching with Tourism Hamilton. There are other events occurring in Hamilton in October, so book your hotel ASAP if you need one.

> The conference program schedule is also available on Fourwaves. We will kick off the start of the conference with the hackfest on the morning of Wednesday, October 14th at the One James North building. The hackfest consists of two 4-hour sessions, which will span the entirety of the first day, Wednesday October 14th. Please indicate if you plan to attend when you register. On Wednesday afternoon, presentations will be held at the David Braley Health Science Centre. October 15th and 16th will have full-day schedules of keynote speakers, presentations, panels, lightning talks, and poster presentations scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm at the David Braley Health Science Centre.
