Dear Code4Lib Folks,
LibLynx is hiring again and we are now looking for help with our customer
support team, which I have managed for a number of years.
Here's the high level summary:
Do you have a keen desire to provide clients with excellent support? Can
you work independently and have the drive to solve problems? Do you like
getting to the bottom of an issue? Are you looking to level up your skills
with identity, access, and analytics software? And, do you have a passion
for helping publishers and libraries work better?
If so, we have a new opportunity for you! LibLynx is looking for a
part-time contractor to help us support our growing client base. We are
seeking to hire a Client Support Specialist to manage support ticket
workflows and improve client experiences with LibLynx’s services.
This role will be a blend of addressing common questions received from
clients and librarians, troubleshooting more complex technical issues,
tracking issues that require work by the engineering team, and improving
documentation for support processes. You will learn how LibLynx’s key
services in identity, access, and analytics work and how to solve problems
when they arise in these systems.
LibLynx is a remote-first, SaaS company that serves 60 clients whose
customers include tens of thousands of libraries and other organizations
globally. We hire professionals looking to make an impact in libraries and
publishing. You will be a part of a small, but mighty team passionate about
removing friction in the publishing and library industries.
