Location: Hybrid (Croydon + remote)

Croydon Archives is seeking an experienced consultant in digital engagement, user experience research and inclusive design to lead a six-month research-led project funded by The National Archives’ Research & Innovation Grant.

This project, Access for All: Researching and Redesigning the Croydon Archives Digital Experience, aims to transform how Croydon’s diverse communities discover and engage with our archival resources and collections online. We are looking for a consultant who can make our website, catalogue, social media and digital kiosks more intuitive, inclusive and user-friendly for our local community.
