Hello Lawrence,
We've had our ScannX scanner for over a year now and are very happy with it. The support team is incredibly responsive, and we've only needed to call them once. The ScannX has proven to be reliable especially when compared to our other scanner which is a KIC scanner. We're a public library, so the ScannX gotten plenty of use by both staff and patrons. I highly recommend them.
Many thanks,
Amber

Hey,
Does anyone have any experience with ScannX book scanners?
We currently have Bookeye scanners, that are available to the public for walk-up use. They're... delicate. We just haven't had good luck with them, and the ScannX were recommended to us.
Does anyone have any other suggestions, that are geared to more heavy-duty use for the public?
Thanks,
Lawrence
