Hi all,

I wanted to briefly share a project I’ve been working on called *Lighthouse*,
a monitoring and testing platform focused on *on-campus* access to library
online resources.

Lighthouse runs scheduled checks from within the campus network to verify
availability and basic functionality of licensed resources such as *Wiley,
UpToDate, AIP*, and similar platforms. The current focus is on on-campus
access; *off-campus access testing is planned for a later stage*.

I’ve attached a few screenshots showing the Lighthouse dashboard and the
local agent running on a campus server, similar to what I shared on Slack.

I’ll be opening Lighthouse up for demos soon. If this kind of on-campus
resource monitoring would be useful for your library and you’d like to see
how it works, feel free to reach out.

Best,
Hussam
