All,

There is a proposal open to add to DC Terms a property for accessibility
information, being called accessibilityNote.[1] There is a github issue
set up to receive comments, questions, etc.[2] All comments are welcome.
As you might imagine, many brain cells were expended on naming the
property and its definitions; the group especially wants to here if, as
defined, this does or does not meet your institution's needs.

It's brief so I'll save you a click and copy it here:

****
Name: Accessibility Note

Definition: A statement describing features or deficiencies of a
resource that enhance or impede its usability and accessibility.

Usage Note:
Applies to a diverse range of users, including but not limited to
individuals with disabilities or impairments. This may include assistive
technologies, alternative formats or design choices that facilitate
broader usage.
****

You can also ask me questions here.
