Hello Colleagues, We are very excited to be reaching out to you for proposals on the topic area of Accessibility for the ELUNA 2026 annual meeting. The theme this year is "Libraries Always Changing", and as we all continue to learn how to make our services accessible, that constant adaptability and commitment is a prime topic for the theme. Please submit proposals for your 45 minute session via Dryfta (see below for detailed instructions) by January 15, 2026. In addition to session topic tracks, this year we are introducing additional pre-set tagging for sessions, to help attendees more easily see which sessions will be most of interest. Some ideas for Accessibility sessions: * Title II - what's been done at your institution, how's it going? * New tools/ideas for making services more broadly accessible * How do you keep up with changes and recommendations for improving accessibility? * What does "Accessibility" mean to your institution? * How do you maintain momentum and build accessibility into new projects? * An update to a project or initiative you presented about previously * Networking to support accessibility Even if you don't see how your presentation proposal meets this theme, we're sure the attendees of your session will. So, don't let the presenters' theme block you from submitting your great presentation ideas. We look forward to seeing how this theme relates to your institution!
