It's obviously not Ms. Marie's or the library's call, but Carnegie Mellon's
decision here is cowardly. These are not legal requirements, they're the
University pre-complying with Trump Administration bullying, when other
universities are willing to fight. I hope that Code4Lib does not change its
scholarships in response to this, as suggested.
