Today’s the Day - The Fedora Virtual Showcase program is now live!
Check out our fantastic line up here: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/FF/2025+Virtual+Showcase+Program

New to the Program this year:
Tuesday, November 18
9:30 - 10:00am - Newcomers Meet & Greet - Is this your first Virtual Showcase? Are you new to Fedora or the Fedora community? Or are you just looking to meet fellow Fedora community members? This is the perfect opportunity. Join us for a casual, welcome session to meet the program team, introduce yourself and get to know your Fedora peers.
This session is completely optional, and your normal registration link will get you in.

Wednesday, November 19
9:00 - 10:00am - UK/EU Tech Meeting - In an effort to offer more engagement opportunities to our users outside of North America, we are launching our monthly EU/UK Tech Meeting. Hosted earlier for those uses overseas, we hope to encourage participation in technical conversations and support from those who cannot make the regular 11am Eastern time slot. Join us for our inaugural EU/UK Tech Meeting, facilitated by Program Developer Dan Field.
This session is completely optional, and your normal registration link will get you in.

Thursday, November 20
2:00 - 3:00pm - Hang out with us after the event wraps up for trial Hack-a-thon where we will be exploring users' needs as we consider how to reimagine the Fedora UI. Originally written for Fedora 4.x, the UI is showing its age, lacks features and functionalities, so we want to understand how you are working with it today, and what you would like to see. So, join Dan Field and I for a scoping session to gather your input.
This session is completely optional, and your normal registration link will get you in.

Don’t forget, registration is completely FREE. Register today to reserve your spot: https://lyrasis.zoom.us/meeting/register/2skrPWlqTaiMph20QJS1Jg

See you there!
Cheers,
Arran
