Hello all,

(Apologies for cross posting, you might see this message on other lists
you're subscribed to).
Many organizations we work with are in the middle of a shift: a leadership
change, the end of a major grant, a new partnership, or a rethinking of how
people collaborate. Yet we rarely pause to name these shifts as
*transitions* or to equip ourselves with the tools and training to navigate
them thoughtfully. Too often, organizations are forced to navigate change
reactively, responding to crises and losing capacity in the process. At
Educopia, we’ve been working on shifting that norm by equipping groups with
tools and practices to approach change in a deliberate, responsive, and
system-aware way—treating these moments not just as phases to manage, but
as powerful frameworks for cultivating resilience, equity, and long-term
impact.

To meet the current moment, we’re offering free 30-minute Office Hours with
members of our consulting team from November 3 to 14, 2025. *Select a

Based on our experience, you might be in a transition if:

   - A long-term grant is ending, and you’re unsure what’s next.
   - Leadership or staff roles are shifting faster than your structures can
   adapt.
   - Your governance model no longer fits how the work actually gets done.
   - The energy that once fueled a project has waned, and you’re wondering
whether to pause, pivot, or close.
   - New technology is disrupting how you work, and you're still figuring
   out how to adapt.

In these sessions, we’ll introduce our Transitions framework
<https://educopia.org/transitions/> and resources like our Transitions
Matrix
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18l-wg0mZuKd6K8KJy8S5BCgqMDt_P2Ntsxn8_5zFHto/edit?usp=sharing>,
which maps the common rhythms of organizational change. You’ll also meet
our facilitators Jessica Meyerson
<https://educopia.org/team-member/jessica-meyerson/>, Katherine Kim
<https://educopia.org/team-member/Katherine-kim/>, Rachel Mattson
<https://educopia.org/team-member/rachel-mattson/>, and Aloma Antao
<https://educopia.org/team-member/aloma-antao/>, who bring deep experience
in systems leadership, collaborative governance, and organizational
learning.

*You’ll also get a sneak peek of our first Transitions Package launching in
early 2026: Loss of a Primary Source of Funding*—a practical, four-part
workshop series designed to help organizations navigate funding shifts with
clarity, care, and courage.

Each session is a chance to talk through a specific challenge with one of
our consultants, ask questions, and learn how to make the invisible work of
transition visible, structured, and shared.
