Dear Colleagues,

Thank you to everyone who has already responded to the Metadata Futures
Survey. We’ve received valuable insights so far, and in response to
continued interest, we’re extending the deadline to allow more time for
participation.

If you haven’t had a chance to complete the survey, we invite you to share
your experiences with metadata sharing, reuse, and governance in your
institution or consortium. Your input will help inform community-developed
guidelines aimed at supporting equitable, sustainable metadata practices
across libraries.

We welcome responses from all staff engaged in metadata, systems,
discovery, repositories, or vendor relations. Multiple participants from
the same institution are encouraged to respond.
