NDSA and the 2025 DigiPres Conference Committee are pleased to announce that registration is now open for this year’s virtual conference taking place October 9-10. The conference will highlight the theory and practice of digital stewardship and preservation, data curation, the digital object lifecycle, and related issues. This year’s theme, “Where We’re At: Digital Preservation in Uncertain Times,” will unpack how we as a community of digital preservation practitioners and leaders can continue this important work in times of chaos and uncertainty.

Register today<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ndsa-digipres2025-registration-1556989149459?aff=oddtdtcreator> and gain access to 30+ presentations and lightning talks, NDSA’s Excellence Awards, an NDSA membership forum, sessions from Interest and Working Groups, and more!

Software Preservation Network (SPN) pre-conference
We’re excited to partner with the Software Preservation Network for a virtual pre-conference event on the theme “We Can Only Do This Together: Collaborating on Software Preservation and Emulation to Empower Digital Stewardship Workflows.” Join the pre-conference on October 8 from 1-3pm EDT to learn about and discuss software preservation issues, network with other practitioners, and seed new collaboration.
