Brandon,
The one issue I've run into, which is not uncommon with Fedora on older

Same here on a 2017 Macbook Air! Still haven't spent any time on it myself
yet.
Charles,
A word of caution on the running linux on Macs front, newer Macs (2018)
utilize a T2 chip. It's a cryptographic chip similar to the Trusted
Platform Module (TPM) in Windows. What that means is you can't just install
off-the-shelf linux on T2 Macs. You need a kernel compiled specifically to
work with that chip. More information and instructions here:
https://wiki.t2linux.org/ I haven't had a lot of luck getting newer Macs
fully functional with Linux despite the great instructions. Not everything
works... especially "Suspend". Kinda a big deal for laptops!
