Hi Wil,

I think for providing recommendations it may help to know what ILS you're using! There are definitely ILS neutral responses, but we could probably tailor advice more directly if we knew what integration options may already be available.

Sincerely,

Subject: [External] [CODE4LIB] library notices delivered by SMS

Use caution with links and attachments.

Hello,

Have any libraries found low-cost SMS services for delivery of library notices like an on-hold item now stands available? Our library has relied on the "free" email to SMS gateways that major wireless carriers discourage for institutional usage.

Regards,
Wil Blake
