Copy/Paste to Save Written Transcript of Zoom Meeting

My esteemed listmates,

Zoom hasn't been responsive in the past re: replying to emails.

I missed a  tech Zoom meeting. I can reach their written transcript but
when I right click and choose Select All it then just copies the person's
name 100 + times - not what they said.

I did a Ctrl + C - no better.

Has anyone discerned how to save a Zoom written transcript?
