Please find below the details of the annual eArchiving event 2025.

We are excited to invite you to the *Preserving Digital Foundations with
eArchiving* event, taking place on *May 14, 2025*, in Brussels at the Albert
Borschette Building, Etterbeek and online.

This year’s event will dive into two key areas: *database preservation* and
the *EUDI electronic archiving trust service*. It’s an excellent
opportunity for professionals in public and private sectors to explore best
practices and strategies for the long-term preservation of critical
electronic data.
What to Expect:

   *Morning Session*: Insights into the latest advancements in *database
   preservation*, featuring presentations from the DILCIS Board and
   Database Archiving Working Group.

   *Afternoon Session*: Discussion on the *new trust service* under the
   EUDI Regulation, with expert views on its impact across the EU.

   *Networking*: Connect with industry leaders and experts in digital
   preservation.

The event is *free of charge* and open to all those interested in
electronic archiving and digital preservation. Join us either *in-person* or
*virtually* via Webex.
