From that page, scroll down and click on "Dell computers tested for update to Windows 11 build 22H2" (no point in upgrading to an older version at this point).  Click on Inspiron Laptop and you'll see a long list of models that are known to be compatible.

If yours isn't here, Dell hasn't tested it (which doesn't necessarily mean W11 won't work, but you're on your own to figure it out).

There were instructions earlier on the page for identifying your specific model if you don't know it.

I clicked on show all but didn't see Dell Inspirons at all.
