TBS Printer Solution Users

My esteemed listmates,

We're implementing a new printer system - TBS.

Has anyone used this?

I'm trying to locate screenshots of step by steps to using this from the
Staff and Patron perspective and TBS just supplies a learning video with
the word and graphics so tiny on screen you can't see them well.
