Overall, a decent, chromium based browser.
It does have a lot of extra "fluff" that may be useful, or may just be annoying.
Some extra features that are handy are built in modification of your agent string, so if a site says you must be on Windows, but are on a Mac, can pretend you are. Same with browser type, it's an old site and wants IE? Pretend you're IE.
The VPN, like all VPNs, will slow things down a little, but mostly negligible. It's handy too you can, even with the free version, choose the region of the world you wish to route to, on the fly. THis can help overcome some GeoLocking some sites employ.
Downside of the VPN, some sites know of the VPN IPs, and restrict what they can do on the site, from outright ban to extra Captcha validation you are not just a bot.
Overall, it's useful, especially as a free VPN, and the browser itself does a good job.
