Hello all,
I wonder if other folks on the list have been having increasing difficulty with making updates to your library's hours on Google MyBusiness. We've recently had Google start delaying and ignoring edits to our hours made by our verified account owner. We've contacted Google using the form at https://support.google.com/business/gethelp but found it to be largely fruitless.
Has anyone found a way to:
1) Get an effective response from Google about updating hours?
2) Remove your library's MyBusiness profile entirely and prevent Google from listing any hours for your site?
