Hello Charles!

While BeFonts might be a fine site in terms of its code and font packages,
the font you listed is actually *not *free for personal use, in
disagreement with the BeFonts site. The license agreement says nothing
about personal use at all.

In agreement with Erich, I always recommend people purchase fonts directly
from the font foundry (https://www.hvdfonts.com/fonts/brandon-grotesque )
You can always contact them at hi_at_hvdfonts.com and ask for a non-profit
rate! Font folks are generally quite nice.
