Charles,

I have no personal experience with the site, and I am not willing to claim that it is definitively trustworthy. That said, it has some good indicators that it is:

* It claims that the font has a license.
* It has a licenses page:  https://befonts.com/licenses
* It has a privacy policy:  https://befonts.com/privacy-policy
* It is served from within the United States. (Identified using: https://webextension.org/listing/country-flags.html)

However, it's always best to acquire binaries of any kind from the source, and since BeFonts lists the designer (HVD Fonts), a search for them should eventually get you to:

https://www.hvdfonts.com/fonts/brandon-grotesque

Where you can download the "original" binaries and view the actual license agreement.

Erich
