Hello,
we have bought a DLA inventoryWand from Bibliotheca and I was wondering
if somebody on this list had been able to use it under Linux. I have
been unsuccessful at installing the StaffConnect software on my linux
desktop using wine so was wondering if :
* somebody had been more successful and would be able to provide me
some wine tips to achieve the install (I end up with "Database
cannot be accessed. If problem continues, call for service (Access
Runtime may need to be installed) even after a lot of winetricks ...)
* somebody had written a small script to extract barcodes from the pdX
files that are created on the smartphone by the DLA app ? Looking at
the content of the file it does not seem to be too complicated but I
have not been able to identify the type of file it is or if it's a
proprietary format.
Any help welcome !
