My old Samsung didn't but my newer one has it built into the camera.
Now I wish I could find a QR generator for iPhones for my co-workers.
A friend on this list shared Zint which works great for my Android.
Anyone use eve an online QR Code Generator for their iPhone?

Most (all?) newer smart phones have a QR reader built into their camera
app. It might not be enabled by default, so you should be able to go
into the settings on the camera app and check there.
